Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CleanMac Care handles information collected through this website, especially the service-request form.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Business identity
This website is operated by CleanMac Care, an independent Mac cleaning and maintenance service for customers in California, United States. The business office is at 1137 Roseville Square, Roseville, CA 95678, United States.
You may contact us about privacy questions at [email protected] or by phone at +1 279 529 4020, or by mail at the office address above. You can also use the service-request form.
Information collected through the form
The service-request form collects: full name, email address, optional phone number, city in California, optional ZIP code, Mac device type, requested service, support preference, a description of the issue, and a privacy consent confirmation. A hidden anti-spam field is also present. The form does not ask for Apple ID passwords, macOS administrator passwords, or payment card details, and you should not submit those.
How we use the information
We use submitted information to review the request, discuss whether remote or on-site support is a fit, follow up about scope and scheduling, and keep a record of the inquiry as needed to provide the service. Consent to this Privacy Policy is required to submit the form.
Email handling
When the form is submitted successfully, the hosting server attempts to email the request to our business inbox. A successful result means the message was accepted for delivery—not that someone has opened it yet.
Server logs
The hosting provider may keep standard web server logs, which can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser user agent. Those logs are controlled by the hosting environment and are typically used for security and reliability. This website does not add a separate analytics script.
Optional Google Maps on the contact page
The contact page lists our Roseville office address and includes a link to open that address in Google Maps, plus an optional “Load map” control. The map embed is not loaded automatically. If you choose to load it, Google may process technical data under Google’s terms. You can use the address and the Maps link without loading the embed.
Who can access submitted information
Service requests are intended for the people who review CleanMac Care inquiries. Hosting providers may have technical access to mail systems or logs as part of operating the server. We do not sell form submissions.
Security
The form handler checks required fields, limits input length, restricts selectable options, validates email format, and includes basic abuse-prevention checks. These steps reduce misuse; they do not make email or hosting invulnerable.
Retention
Email copies of requests are kept as long as needed to review the inquiry, provide assistance, and handle follow-up questions. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s retention practices. If you want a request removed from active mailboxes after the work is finished, use the contact methods above.
California residents
If you are a California resident and want to know what personal information we have from a service request, or want us to correct or delete it, send a request through the form or the contact details published on this site. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person whose information is involved.
Requests about your information
You may ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it from the business mailbox used for requests, subject to records we must keep for ongoing work, security, or legal reasons.
Third parties
This website does not include advertising networks, analytics tags, or social media pixels. Aside from the optional Google Maps embed described above, pages do not load other embedded map providers by default. Email delivery depends on the hosting provider’s mail system.
Children
The website is intended for adults requesting Mac assistance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form.
Policy updates
If our collection practices change, this policy will be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
